Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions.

The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

    You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

    With Service Providers: We may share Your personal information with Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service, to show advertisements to You to help support and maintain Our Service, to advertise on third party websites to You after You visited our Service, for payment processing, to contact You.
        For examples, As your consent at the registration screen, we may import into the App Personal data about your health and activities from third-party services such as Apple HealthKit and Google Fit. The imported Personal data may include: weight, body temperature, calories burnt, heartbeat rate, number of steps/distance traveled, and other data about your health. We will handle any such third-party information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
        Forums Cookies (Webview browser cookies) - Forum Cookies generally are used to deliver or optimize our services, to communicate with users or manage their forum accounts, to develop content, or for the purposes of research and analysis. you may refuse to accept browser cookies by activating the appropriate setting. However, if you select this setting you may be unable to access certain parts of our services.
        Third-Party Advertisers - We may use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit the Application. These companies may use information about your visits to the app that are contained in cookies in order to optimize the performance of the marketing campaigns and provide ads about goods and services of interest to you. We NEVER shares any data you are tracking in the app (e.g. when you get your Personal Data) with third-Party Advertisers.
        Analytics - We use third party analytics tools, Google Analytics, to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the Service. Google Analytics collects information such as device, location and app usage information. We may use the information get from Google Analytics only to customize and personalize your App experience for statistical purposes and analytics.
    For Business transfers: We may share or transfer Your personal information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of Company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.

 This permission allows GPS Navigation Apps Treasure to use your device’s camera to take photos / videos and turn ON/OFF Camera Flash. We do not save or upload your photos/videos.
 Approximate location (network-based)
 This permission allows GPS Navigation Apps Treasure to identify and display your location on map or apps installed by anonymous surrounding users and to recommend popular apps based on users’ location. This information is untraceable.
 Read your contacts
 GPS Navigation Apps Treasure does not save or upload your contacts. Permission to access contact information is used when you search contacts in GPS Navigation Apps Treasure search bar.
 Read calendar events plus confidential information
 This information is used only in the GPS Navigation Apps Treasure to remind you of your latest calendar events. We do not save or upload any of your calendar information.
 Modify or delete the contents of your USB storage
 This permission allows GPS Navigation Apps Treasure to delete app data(image, text, audio etc..) stored on their SD card.
 Read the contents of your USB storage
 This permission allows GPS Navigation Apps Treasure to view app data(image, text, audio etc..) stored on their SD card.
 Set an alarm
 This permission allows users to access the device's alarm through GPS Navigation Apps Treasure clock widget.
 Find accounts on the devices
 GPS Navigation Apps Treasure does not recognize or save your account information for any programs. GPS Navigation Apps Treasure only detects whether users have a Google account linked with the device which helps us confirm the state of Google Service and provide users with appropriate application download and update methods.
 Read Google service configuration
 This information is used to acquire advertising ID. GPS Navigation Apps Treasure provide users with better advertising service by using such anonymous ID.
 Change network connectivity
 This permission is used in GPS Navigation Apps Treasure settings and notification toolbar, in order to change/check network connectivity.
 Connect and disconnect from Wi-Fi
 This permission is used in GPS Navigation Apps Treasure settings and notification toolbar in order to connect and disconnect from Wi-Fi.
 Full network access
 This permission is used to access the device’s network for certain functions including receiving update notifications or accessing app classification labels.
 View network connections
 This permission is used in GPS Navigation Apps Treasure settings and notification toolbar, in order to view network connections.
 View Wi-Fi connections
 TThis permission is used in GPS Navigation Apps Treasure settings and notification toolbar, in order to view Wi-Fi connections.
 Access Bluetooth settings
 This permission is used in GPS Navigation Apps Treasure settings, in order to turn on and off the Bluetooth.
 Pair with Bluetooth devices
 This permission is used in GPS Navigation Apps Treasure settings, in order to pair with Bluetooth devices.
 Close other apps
 This permission is used in GPS Navigation Apps Treasure Boost in order to turn off the back-end apps and make the phone run faster.
 Retrieve running apps
 This permission is used in GPS Navigation Apps Treasure Boost in order to view the running apps.
 Run as startup
 GPS Navigation Apps Treasurewill run as startup to provide users with a launcher service.
 Draw over other apps
 This permission allows the GPS Navigation Apps Treasure Free Swipe tab to be displayed as a floating window on other apps.
 Control vibration
 This permission allows GPS Navigation Apps Treasure to make the phone vibrate once after users set the device on vibrate, confirming the setting has been turned on.
 Adjust your wallpaper size
 This permission allows users to crop GPS Navigation Apps Treasure wallpaper to the desired size.
 Set wallpaper
 This permission allows users to set a selected GPS Navigation Apps Treasure image as their wallpaper.
 Read sync settings
 This permission is used in GPS Navigation Apps Treasure power’s save mode, and allows GPS Navigation Apps Treasure to recognize whether sync settings are turned on or off.
 Toggle sync on and off
 This permission is used in GPS Navigation Apps Treasure power’s save mode, and allows GPS Navigation Apps Treasure to synchronize with the user's sync settings.
 Expand/collapse status bar
 This permission is used for the gesture feature of GPS Navigation Apps Treasure User System to expand and collapse the status bar.
 Install shortcuts
 This permission is used to install shortcuts on other launchers, so users can continue to use GPS Navigation Apps Treasure related functions.
 Measure app storage space
 This permission is used to acquire the amount of storage space used by an application.
 Modify system settings
 This permission is used in GPS Navigation Apps Treasure settings, in order to switch or adjust ringtone, vibration and brightness level of the screen.
 Read Home settings and shortcuts
 This permission is used to acquire the user’s Home settings and shortcuts, in order to maintain user preferences.
 Uninstall shortcuts
 This permission allows GPS Navigation Apps Treasure to delete the shortcuts created by GPS Navigation Apps Treasure in other Android launchers.

 When user recommends friends to download GPS Navigation Apps Treasure by sharing to social network, we need to save an introduction picture to be shared on SD card. We won’t access other file on SD card.
